Community Financial Services Group, LLCHospital Accident Protection (HAP) Plan
The program was designed for all eligible members 18 years and older as a supplement to defray costs as a result of an accidental injury. For a nominal monthly fee, the plan pays $200 cash benefits directly to the members for each day of hospital confinement, $400 for each day of intensive care, and pays up to $100 for outpatient emergency room treatment for each covered accident. No medical exams are required and coverage is guaranteed. Members may also choose individual or family coverage, which protects spouses and dependent children at a reduced benefit rate.**
