Kauai Community Federal Credit Union ("KCFCU") is owned by its members and run by a Board of Directors elected by the KCFCU members. Community Financial Services Group, LLC ("CFSG") is wholly owned by KCFCU. The financial privacy of KCFCU members and CFSG customers such as you is a top priority.

KCFCU and CFSG are committed to offering you competitive products and services to meet your financial needs. To achieve this, KCFCU and CFSG may share information about you with each other and with third party financial service providers that offer investment services, mortgage lending, insurance products, auto brokerage services, prepaid legal services, and an array of other products and services. KCFCU and CFSG may also disclose information about you under other circumstances as permitted or required by law. Disclosures are made, for example, to process and service transactions, to protect the security of financial records, to consumer reporting agencies, or at your request. To protect your privacy, KCFCU and CFSG each work with companies that agree to maintain strong confidentiality protections and to strictly limit the use and disclosure of information that KCFCU and CFSG provide. KCFCU and CFSG do not permit these parties to sell to other third parties the information that KCFCU or CFSG provides.

Information KCFCU and CFSG May Collect and Disclose about You

KCFCU and CFSG may collect the following nonpublic personal information about you from a variety of sources and may disclose all the information that is collected to affiliates and companies that perform processing, servicing, and other services on KCFCU's or CFSG's behalf.

KCFCU and CFSG also may disclose all of the information described below to companies that perform marketing services on KCFCU's or CFSG's behalf or to other financial institutions with whom KCFCU or CFSG has joint marketing agreements.

• From membership, loan applications and other applications and forms, KCFCU and CFSG may collect and disclose information such as name, address, social security number and income.
• From transactions with KCFCU, CFSG or their affiliates, KCFCU and CFSG may collect and disclose information such as your account balances, payment history, parties to transactions, and credit card usage.
• From consumer reporting agencies, KCFCU and CFSG may collect and disclose information such as your creditworthiness and credit history.
• From verifications of information you provide on applications and other forms, KCFCU and CFSG may collect and disclose information from current or past employers, other financial institutions and other sources listed on the forms.

If you terminate your membership and customer relationship, KCFCU and CFSG will not share information that it has collected about you, except as permitted or required by law.

How KCFCU and CFSG Protect Your Information

KCFCU and CFSG, as applicable, restricts access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who have a specific business purpose in utilizing your data. Employees are trained in the importance of maintaining confidentiality and member and customer privacy. KCFCU and CFSG respectively maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations and leading industry practices to safeguard your nonpublic personal information.
